From Demolitions to Master Plumber

Anne-Marie Rosario Flores didn’t take the typical path to plumbing. Before picking up a wrench, she worked church jobs and then became a demolitions expert in Boston with North American Site Developers. In 2004, she made the switch to plumbing — and never looked back.

After earning her Master Plumber and Master Pipefitter licenses and an associate degree from New England Institute of Technology, Anne spent years working for larger companies. But she kept noticing the same thing: customers — especially elderly homeowners and single women — were uncomfortable having strangers in their homes. They wanted someone they could trust.

So in 2014, Anne started her own company. Her approach was simple: treat every home like it’s your own. Show up on time. Pull permits. Give people honest, itemized pricing — what Anne calls “cafeteria pricing” — so they see every line item before work starts. Don’t push elective work. Just fix the problem.

It worked. Within three years, Anne the Plumber grew to a team of three plumber technicians, an apprentice, and an office administrator all focused on serving the Rhode Island community. Today the company serves homeowners, dental offices, charter schools, assisted-living facilities, and commercial properties across northern Rhode Island.

New leadership, same standards

In March 2026, Anne partnered with American Operator to bring on Wilson Molina as the new CEO and owner-operator.

Wilson brings nearly two decades of plumbing industry experience to Anne the Plumber. A Rhode Island Master Plumber, Wilson has worked as a drain cleaning technician, plumber, and Assistant General Manager.

He has managed day-to-day operations, led a team of more than 20 technicians, and handled everything from hiring and training to customer relationships. Wilson holds his plumbing certification from the Community College of Rhode Island.

He is bilingual in English and Spanish, and when he’s not on the job, you can find him coaching soccer at North Providence High School.
